Ack after having a hard time getting the CV out, I can't get it back in.
The end with the splines is not going into the rear hub easily.

I have cleaned the splines with a wire brush, lubed...

We assume you bleed air out of your cooling system with the bleeder hole (use big flat head, a quarter or nickel to twist open) it is beside the Rad cap.
