This is not my video- but it is the same vacuum that I am seeing in my valve cover upon release of the filler cap.

Took the valve cover off, gasket was like plastic. I will reassemble tomorrow and try again, I still am leary of the amount of vacuum that is being applied to the valve cover/engine, maybe I will try...

I misspoke, I should have said when I remove the oil fill cap I have a vacuum release- the valve cover is under negative pressure not positive.

I reversed the PCV valve and things seem better now. If I leave it at idle for a few minutes and then remove the oil fill cap some pressure does release, are you having the same thing occur? Vacuum...

Yep- just did some research, pretty certain I have this backwards, basically an unrestricted loop from the intake to the valve cover.

I went ahead and did this same thing to my e46 330xi and I have too much vacuum being created in the valve cover area, I can hardly remove the oil fill...
