It helps to understand the thermostat controls inlet temperature, and the fan switch comes on if the radiator is hot not directly related to engine temperature.

The center support bearing on the driveshaft is a likely culprit. The rubber around it deteriorates, sometimes the u-joints contribute to it's failure. Check the Guibo and transmission mounts....

I don't know about that fuse but the starter and alternator are always possible culprits. I assume you are waiting for the modules to go to standby (sleep)
