Yes, the credit is applied against MSRP. On the window sticker, it will show M sport package amount and then below that it will show M sport package credit which negates the above.

I'm planning to do an ED for 2013 740i pick up at the Welt in late July. The 2013 has free M sport and $3000 cash which makes it attractive from the payment point of view and presumably the 2014...
