This doesn't really help my slight vibration problem. I feel it through steering wheel and Seat. Plus it only happens on a specific stretch of road in the morning not in the afternoon.

I wouldn't do that. That could cause the transmission to go even quicker. Use a scan tool and see if there is a shadow code. Pray its electrical. Could be the kick down switch causing that
