Uh, forward visability is a major safety issue, especially with the downpours we've been seeing. Wipers are as important as headlights and need to do their job in rain or snow.

My 2011 did the same thing at 20k miles, and the dealer FINALLY installed the new software that completely changed the car - no more hesitation, I love my car now! Apparently an update was needed....
