I think more so on the roadsters. The coupes are supposed to be 40% more rigid already. European Car magazine was able to shave 2 seconds off a 100 second lap with a strut bar on the coupe. YMMV?...

I've yet to have a Z return my wave. Most are oblivious. Now, BMW M drivers seem more aware. Some guy in a e39 M5 waved to me when I pulled up along side of him. Yay.

You're right. I'm sure those things add weight; just didn't think THAT much. My goal is to drop 100lbs from the car without stripping the interior...just curious to see what he did, if anything.

Either weigh (hehe), the M coupe is not as light as its size may suggest.
