CarPlay sucks. In my opinion, touch screens don't belong in cars - I wouldn't swap iDrive for CarPlay even if I could!

CarPlay without a touchscreen would be the worst of both worlds.

You might want to ask your customer relations contact why BMW UK acknowledge that its a design fault and BMW NA do not!

I've just ordered a 2015 M-Sport here in the UK and can confirm that adding 223 (Variable Damper Control) or 2VA (Adaptive Drive) deletes 704 (M-Sport Suspension). This cannot be overridden.
