Take the glass out, there are the two rubber "gators" that ride in the track. Remove those and the slider is screwed in. Unscrew it and lift it out.

The voltage moves from 11.9 to 12.0 when the engine is off (key in Pos 2), and stays around 13.9 to 14.0 when on (idle). Is this normal?
