OEM tiers are what the suspention was...

OEM tiers are what the suspention was calibrated for when the car was designed. Many hours are spent by enginers for that purpose. As for rotation, if you wait to much and the tier start to erode...

You will need adapters for the lights to work. Your old lights use12v power where the celies wones use 5volts or a used lcm and programing.

Your bulb is the H7 type but it fits in an adapter that holds it to the back of the housing. I had the same issue with my old lights and found nothing fits so i had ti imprevise.

E 36 seats are narrow so they will not fit directly in. But if you want to it could happen. I have seen e30s with those seats installed.

To fit a double vanos engine in a sinle vanos car is a nightmare. You didnt chande the ecu so the engine you put in is a single vanos. Did you check the fuel pressure and the injectors for cloging.

Jammed as the latch will not open? if so the latch is broken and you have to break the platic handel to open it, but you want to by a replacment before you do that.

All depends on quality, i bought a chines no name for 40$ and thought it will run a couple of month till i found an OEM brand, well 3 years passed and it is stil going strong. OEM brands go for 240$...
