Assuming it is the same problem. I drove my car for a while with that problem. Obviously when it happened I let off the gas etc to try to minimize the shuttering.

Thanks fellows. I changed the plugs a few months ago and the last few fill ups have been Mobil and Sunoco. Maybe it was the Sunoco gas.

That looks like steam from where your radiator expansion tank is. Common failure point. Mine just cracked recently but it did not steam like that

u dont need to check the fuses unless u find a draw. If your battery is 8 years old that is most likely your problem. It sounds like it's not holding a charge.
