The only way I can think of is to use Krylon spray paint for plastics. You may be able to match the color to a point but would need to do all the plastic pieces.

If I remember correctly, the cover for the Timing belt needs to be removed. That is what the last bolt is hiding behind. Find yourself a Bentley E34 manual, you should be able to search out a .pdf...

The seats can be moved manually but it is a PIA. There is an small shaft out of the motor that accepts an alen wrench. this will turn the motor. But it is very slow unless you do it with a drill.
