As i have done, just need to get a mag mount DAB...

As i have done, just need to get a mag mount DAB aerial from online or the likes of Halfords with a SMB connector and plug in staight into the DAB unit.

I dont know what the going rate for that car is where you are, but if that was for sale in the UK in that condition, you wouldn't get 4K for it. It sounds a mess. :tsk:

Basically the car learns the condition of the battery of the years and draws power for important modules first and shuts down peripheral modules when the battery gets really low....

Yeah, thats it, the phone tray can be removed from the draw and you can disconnect the ribbon and tuck back in to the dash somewhere out of the way.

You should be able to dismantle the phone draw and disconnect the cable form the phone tray. Its a ribbon style cable. Is that the one you mean?
