If you can do bodywork yourself, then it's worth fixing, otherwise you're better off parting it out, selling it, or keeping as a parts car. Sucks for sure.

I didn't bypass it at all, the electrical plug on top of the valve assembly is just unplugged, I assume this just lets the valves stay open.
