seriously i think that maybe you have a trans mount crossmember issue as that is at the very end of the case and helps to keep the shifter in place. as to why it hathe...

there are a lot of pdc systems that can be made to fit pretty much any vehicle, all stand alone and off the shelf units. of course hy buy one of those when you can get a rear view camera...
