ITS DEFINATELY the ALTERNATOR, had the battery charged and as my wife drove to work today ALL the lights in the dash were lit and the battery icon was red....

so, yesterday i was grabbing groceries with my wife and went to start the car.. CLICK CLICK CLICK.... **** its dead, luckily i have a battery jump tool... it starts up fine ride it home park...

Exclamation 1994 850i blown head?

I beleive the head is blown, my friend was driving his 850 and it stopped runnin on the freeway after overheating. The car now makes noise when you turn the key, but it does not turn over.

another window regulator question

so my window has fell off the clips as happend to BLUEBEE, after reading through her situation i thought it'd be a simple fix, but no, not only is it off the clips, the cable has come off the pulleys...

@OP sounds like you may have a good deal on your hands as long as its been maintained well and they have service...

that clean of an engine would have me a little paranoid, usually only that clean to hide signs of leaks, but make sure cooling system has been overhauled from head to toe and read up on the DIYs here...
