aluminum flywheel specifically normally don't turn down well the 2nd time around (turn down is term machinist use for refacing)

the higher quality ones have a bolt on wear surface

they must be... I can tell you with 100% certainty that you will not get the head lights out of my 01 with out the bumper coming off... the bottom 4 screws are behind the bumper, or perhaps that...

Ive seen things like this back in the day... with a Chrysler van, that had a bad Eprom that would make one cylinder misfire......
