The amount of water found under the car is not normal. I guess the pictures I provided were not clear enough. If I could have provided a video, you would see how much water is pooling under the car...

I finally had a chance to get the car on ramps...

I finally had a chance to get the car on ramps and let it run for awhile. I ran the car up to normal running temp without the AC on and everything seemed ok. I then turned the AC on...still nothing...

No suggestions? I am noticing that the fluid loss is rear of the engine. I did check the expansion tank and hoses. I see no cracks in the tank or hoses, but I did find white residue around the neck...

Color chip the minimal road rash once a year or so. It takes less than a half hour and you would never know there where any nicks.

I would recommend the Nitto INVO for your M5. I have it on my Z3 and it is an excellent road tire, both wet and dry. It has great grip as well for running the country twisties.

I just recieved an email from BMW on the new 300 hp Z4 with retractable hartop. I must say I think the car looks great as a hardtop and the side sheetmetal doesn't have that very busy Bangle design...
