Lol. I guess I shouldn't do it anymore then. I don't know how many times I've done that on my previous cars (gm, nissan, bmw, etc) and never had a problem.

The rates should last a while. Economy is in the crapper and there are tons of new cars just sitting in the parking lots in the ports. I wouldn't rush. Interest rates are going to get cut further.
