All seasons have to many compromises to do anything well. They're not great in the summer and they're not great in the winter...and the attempt to compromise don't enhance anything. Stick with an all...

there were a myriad of issues...one of which was a torn gasket between the timing case cover and the top of the oil pan...didn't notice...

2x was for the codes with the timing...

I doubled the frequency of the oil changes the last 7 years of its life with me...put in a new tensioner...and they still went at 167K...sounded good though!
