F31 is built in Munich, F34 is built in Dilgonfing. The Munich production line alternates between F31s and everything else the plant builds.

The average production rate of US F31s is ~10/day.

Moreover, you can go to any VIN lookup tool and check for yourself. All US F31s have "E" in the model year position.

Maybe they did for the first couple of months after we learned there would be no US F11, but then I'm sure they moved on to other cries of disappointment, of which there've been plenty.
