look at hoses under resevoir

They use one time only clamps under PS steering fluid tank. I replaced with
normal screw type clamps, fixed it. Just recently I had same issue down low

I would document that trans fluid change

BMW clearly states not to change fluid. If your transmission fails you would have
a case to get it replaced/repaired on BMW's nickel because their dealer violated their
recommended procedures.

BMW says not to change transmission oil, it is lifetime. Some that have done so have
had their transmissions fail. It is almost impossible to get all the fluid out anyways.

Arc'ing is the problem

I have had problems in front turn signals and back brake lights.
Look at the holder and the bulb itself. I reverse the front bulb
and also sand paper the contacts, beats the $15+ for the holder.

It seems that when you shut down the car it recycles the computer and
it may run fine.
