Ive had 275's in the rear and havent had any problem with rubbing. "Knock kn wood" I also dont put people in my back seat. Nice find though.

I would say 12-20 for one in good shape, been looking for a second e39 and it might be the beast itself. Thise are the prices I have seen for around 100k miles.
