brake feels tight and won't go down coz you have depleted the vacuum in the brake booster.once you have the car started yr brakes will become ok.get a new battery.

yep....stiff brakes equates to failing or failed servo or the tube/hose supplying vacuum to the servo.do the easiest and cheapest things first.

whats a belly pan?aka oil pan?is it off?it is difficult to remove the oil pan!if it leaks on the left side it probably is the OFH gasket.....

"It leaks into the oil pan and then out the drain...

there are 2 tabs one each on the lh and rh side.hold by the seat edge and yank it up one after the other.and yes it IS a matter of strength.

Just bought a '04 525i M54 a month ago.It is now at 99k miles.Love the smooth and quiet ride tho it does feel a little jittery at speed sometimes.
This is even more refined than my previous '97 e39.

well....perhaps after shutting the engine down you can remove the spark plugs and peek into the chambers to check for signs of wetness on the piston top?i donno.maybe the heat will evaporate the fuel...
