How long after the other work (MAF, DISA, etc.) did the O2 sensor code appear? Maybe something is happening upstream that the post-cat O2 sensor can't compensate for.

I only have the single VANOS, on the intake camshaft, on my car, but it sounds like your exhaust camshaft timing isn't retarding enough, possibly because of bad VANOS seals, judging by the symptoms...
