If the difference from side to side is about 0.5 or 1.0 I would just install camber bolts. Each washer adds 0.5 degrees of camber....

The ground control setup is an entire replacement...

The ground control setup is an entire replacement for the strut hat assembly. The street assembly has fixed caster (usually around 7.5 with associated M3 suspension bits).

Uneven wearing of the center rib is NORMAL for the RE71s. I asked a Bridgestone engineer about it, he said its dependent on the car's setup but it is fine and doesn't indicate abnormal wear.

I've found ABS sheet easier to work with in applications like this. Just need a propane torch or heat gun to get nice bends and curves made.

Heres a project my buddy and I worked on a few years...
