I just went through all the body parts for a 2010 335D and the DEF Port would be part of the rear bumper, on the left side. The parts diagrams do not show it existing or even note a differentiation...

Depends on how messed up the car was when damaged. Sometimes those pieces are completely smashed and not even attached to the vehicle.

I'll review a parts manual and see what is shown.
