You have a loose plug, it is covered in oil...

You have a loose plug, it is covered in oil because your lower valve cover gasket is maybe going. I bet if you get a spark plug socket and ratchet tighten the plug and its okay. But I would suggest...

There should be a flange holding the exhaust pipe...

There should be a flange holding the exhaust pipe to the cat. Unbolt the flange, pull the pipe away. Get a long bigger screwdriver and pound that **** out ( you will see a comb like thing in there)....
