I think it's normal. My '05 3.0D does it too. It's just the torque unwinding from the various sections of the transmission and driveshafts. Should not be a problem if you keep on the brakes gently...

There's not much Bluetooth that is fully supported by BMW because it comes in so many flavours/implementations....
