Wondering if anyone has had this AFTER the recall for the SCR.

I've done a TON of reading on this. Everything I've read points for the P203A points to the SCR and that BMW extended the warranty...

My 3 series does the same thing on warm sunny days. I found that if it put something white (paper, towel, etc.) it didn't seem to get as hot and wouldn't get the warning.

I had the Recall done on this in October 2012. I just had the SES light on and OBD generic code of P203A. Has anyone had a second failure? Anyone know if there is a "warranty" on recalled parts?

I tend to agree. It is quite documented that the frm can be bricked with a bad battery. I wasn't expecting the CAS to be bad as well.
