Go with Bavauto front springs and stock rear springs and Bilstein Touring shocks all the way around. Best looks to comfort ratio and $$ IMO. If you want more cornering then add M5 sways.

That is the fuse box. It holds the fuses and some of the relays(electrical switches). You could be hearing a relay freaking out and going bad. Or there could be a short in the wiring going to one...
