Only problem is that if the water pump goes you usually get little to no warning. That what happened to me at 11:00 pm in the winter when it was 5 degrees outside. Had to wait with kids in the car....

It's a fairly common item to fail over time....

It's a fairly common item to fail over time. Costs about 60 dollars for the part but sits right below the manifold.
Very easy to replace while your there.

Just my own opinion but good time to change oil filter housing gasket and oil cooler gasket. Also fuel pressure sensor.

As I recall the 2aaf is a generic code for fuel system problems. I would keep monitoring the issue but still consider the fuel pressure sensor. It's a common failure point on the n54.

I would say you are well overdue for the water...

I would say you are well overdue for the water pump failure and leaking mechtronic sleeve and oil filter housing gasket. Maybe you are lucky and won't get those issues but they are very common.

Getting back to what the original post was about I think you need to get the car fixed back into stable running condition if you want to sell it yourself. If it's not running it will be hard to sell....
