Absolutely. It has 160k on it. Again, there is a 3 second voltage of 11.6 at the pump when I engage the key but no pump whine so it is def the pump.

Yep. Checked it with my meter and I have 11.86 volts at the harness for about 3 seconds. Pretty sure that = failed pump.

Hey Scottji, for future reference, after further research I found out the fuel pump is ACTUALLY behind the PASSENGER seat. Sender is behind drivers seat.
