Do you mean a saved memory button, 1 thru 8? I think if you hold down buttons 1 and 8 for some period, it clears all the buttons. I could be wrong, without checking it again in the manual.

I think they mean late introduction in 2016 for the 2017 MY. There should be at least a 6-year run for the current F10 gen (2011-2016).

The wheel should move up upon shutdown regardless of any memory settings. Sounds like the OP's service call caused the issue -- have to go back in and get it fixed.
