This noise is officially too anoying to ignore. I"m taking it back to the mechanic for another look. It's especially bad when it's cold outside and only between 30-46 mph. Very weird

Just gave up. The threads on our 5mm bolt holding the front rotor on is completely seized. We've stripped the allen head after heating up the bolt so it's toast and I'll need to go to my local dealer...
