You need to get yourself an owners manual!

I can't remember exactly as I'd need to be in the car, but if you go into the iDrive main menu, I think it's 'Settings' and then 'vehicle' and it's in...

You need to reset the Tyre Pressure Warning System via iDrive.
Check tyres pressures are OK, start car and activate the TPWS system via iDrive.

I find it amusing that anyone could consider 20" rims to be 'small'.

In the UK, 20" is about as big as you get.

Given the price of rubber for the 20" rims on my 750i Sport, I dread to think how...

I can't advise on US prices, but as a comparison, in the UK you wouldn't pay more than around 8k ($12k US) for a pre facelift 7 series. As our cars are more expensive new than in US, it seems odd...

Whilst I prefer lighter interiors when buying new, on a car of this age you are correct that black is the way to go. My 750i Sport has black perforated leather and even after 77k they look like new....

How does ACTUAL mpg compare to iDrive mpg (question for those who work it out manually).

Mine has Comfort Access so...

If you have a European Sport, the only chrome is the front grill and door handles (if you have comfort access). IMO that looks classy.

The non-sports have chrome bumper inserts which make the car...

OK. So if I understand this thread correctly, my CBS will show green with 60k left on all brakes for quite some time, then suddenly drop when the first sign of wear is detected? You would think it...

It's interesting that although new cars are cheaper in US than Europe, used models seem to be far more expensive.

A 750i in the UK with 70-90k could be purchased for the equivalent of $14k

If you are able to, then get a 750i.

It's a better looking car (IMO), better equipped, more up to date technology (inc simplified iDrive) and better performance. A no brainer really.
