It's not wheels or tires. Exhaust is causing a resonance from somewhere in the rear passenger area. I need suggestions from someone who has actually dealt with this issue.

Quart every 5k is quite normal, assuming no leaks. Check valve cover and oil filter housing gaskets for leaks. If no leaks, probably just burning though you might want to check the CCV to be safe.
