will accelerate to the limiter and not beyond...doesn't cut out, doesn't stop, just hits the limiter and stays right there...will not allow vehicle speed beyond limiter speed...

I guess if you are a shop mechanic it may be okay to stick w air. But I work on tractors and they've been known to break inn the field. Heavy Equipment too. As far as routine shop jobs...no more...

Cordless tools, at first I was a skeptic and I do have 1". 3/4 and smaller air impacts.

As for Some suspension work ...sure...because some of the electric impacts are kinda bulky, but they do...

Maybe a local service station has a security camera some even catch traffic on the road. At least you could get a 'truck' number - or if they 'drove it' which seems unlikely sometimes they are...

start by

Recording the codes,
Then erase the codes
Then Reset the ECU,
Try again and see which codes resurface...
Compare and report back...

Same deal here...just make sure the 2 you loosened are the right 2...all I can think of...mine fell out almost after those were out too...if you're gonna whack it do it w a rubber mallet...

To the OP of course it is normal, you have a 3000lb+ car riding on springs with bushings...all rubber points that touch metal...

The belt only rides on a few points, something is wrong with one of them...find it and fix it. One is loose, grinds, wobbles. Could be bad waterpump, yes you changed it but it could have gone bad,...
