Yes, it's a simply bolt-on replacement for everything except the rear fenders. $1100 for the exhaust conversion is probably too high, though.

From what I remember, the Style 187s are about 25lb per wheel. Tires of an appropriate size for that wheel usually run about 26-28lb.

18x8 ET34 front and 18x8.5 ET37 rear will fit E9X models. The Style 193 wheel, as a technicality, is not an M3 wheel (despite any M-designations on the wheel itself).

30hp (14%) for $1700 is not what I'd consider efficient, but yes, it should (and, anecdotally, does) perform as described. Turner Motorsports is a particularly reliable source.

Yep - about 2" drop all around now, a little more aggressive than shown. I think asymmetric front-to-rear spacers are OK on the xi, but I'm honestly not sure. Someone with more experience with AWD...
