Your RPM's should go up to help with the load...

Your RPM's should go up to help with the load being put on the engine by the A/C. This is common pretty much with all cars. :thumbup:

I did not drive around but only let the engine idle for a few minutes in my driveway. The dip stick level did not go up hardly either.

NEVER with the cap off. Just drive around very locally with the heater full blast. Just keep an eye on temp as it could come back in a day or so until the air bubble is gone.

Just keep an eye on the temp as there still could be an air bubble behind the tstat. If the temp goes up again, just go through the heater process again.

If you're talking about a thermostat, then yes, you could have air in the system. You should run your heater at full blast until blows out hot air. It may be cool now so run it until hot comes out...

I bought the car in Feb with 126,xxx miles, now has almost 128,000 miles. I have not done any tranny work but do have a slight tranny pan cover leak though. I have and still do the 30 sec hold gas...
