ABS/ASC/DSC fault code list...

Anyone happen to have a fault code list for the ABS/ASC/DSC modules in a 2000 E46? I have the fault codes that are occuring in my wifes car but not a list to reference them against.

My guess... either the clutch interlock or the EWS (driveway protection system) is acting up. If you hadn't released the clutch between attempts my guess would be the EWS.
