very simple to replace. it is located underneath the front bumper, kind of in line with the driver side kidney in the hood... or is it the passenger side..... ;)

Sounds like the battery may be the main problem, like clockwork these seem to go right at 4 years. You can have them test the battery at autozone, just to confirm.

Some may suggest changing both sensors (intake/exhaust) at the same time. Although, I did my intake at 57k, and my exhaust at 74k.
