Wow! Nice work! One of the first E46's I got to drive back in the day was a 323i that didn't have an arm rest, I was glad that my 325Ci had one when I got it.

I've been running R1 drilled/slotted rotors with Axiss Ultimate pads for the last 3 years/40,000 miles. I'm very happy with the set up, no warping, not much dust, and great stopping power.

I had the valve cover off of mine last winter, and I was pleased to not find any "mayo" anywhere but at the filler opening (and of course inside the CVV that I replaced).

It's going to be tough finding a good one here in Montana. There's an 03 325i on a random used lot here in Great Falls, but they've got 12k scribbled across the windshield.
