I was able to get the hood open by removing the front bumper, aux cooling fan, and drivers side turn signal.

I removed the drivers side under dash cover...

Same thing happened to my son. I lucked out though. He twisted the right control arm and crinkled the right fender. At least mine is fixable. Sorry to hear about yours.

Mine would unlock from the windsheild and fold back approx 12". The back window would begin to fold but the deck lid would hit the top frame.

I found the one of the top linkage rods had fallen...

A piece of the belt was wrapped around the inside of the pully. I removed it and the pully spns free.
