If the vibration is caused by loose engine bolts...

If the vibration is caused by loose engine bolts it would probably make the same noise with the clutch disengaged when pressing the gas pedal.

The redesigned part was installed last week and all the noises are gone. I just hope this was cure as opposed to a temporary fix.
