I'm about to do it on my wife's car, will do both at the same time. The smell seems to have died off some since I had my valve cover gasket replaced, so maybe it was just some residual oil burning...

I dont think it is coming from the injectors now... had a good sniff when I took everything apart. Didnt get the injector seals replaced cause I couldnt get the fraking fuel rail off... thinking it...
