Got the answer from bimmerforums: cylinders 1-3...

Got the answer from bimmerforums: cylinders 1-3 uses the rear plug and 4-6 are the front plug. It is backwards like I thought.

unfortunately this doesn't help me... I have no idea what's wrong...
