Sorry, forgot to update. The dealer agreed that there was too much oil and removed 1 quart. The dipstick is now showing 1/2 ways between min and max, the iDrive shows full.

I had the 46B4 and 4D16 codes on the 2010 X5 w/ 71k miles along with codes for swirl flap actuator. Dealer recommended replacing both NOx sensors and doing a CBU cleaning on the intake and manifold....
