The zgm is under the dash on the passenger side. It is not the SIM which is the big box.

Unscrew the footwell cover

Remove ac/heater plastic vent.

Slide zgm out of the plastic container.

Does the shop have the right kind of scanne? Not all scanners communicate effectively. One place told me I had a bad ECU but I went somewhere else and that was not true.

That should look good. Just be careful who you get to do it for you because it is hard to get paint to stay on chrome. That is what I was told when I was shopping for rims and a paint shop.
