Its all about how you get in the car and how often you wipe it down. Dakota leather for the most part is the most wear resistant stuff out there unless you have MB Text. I have never had this issue...

I have never had a problem on any of my coupes. But, I have seen where the seatbelt has stretched out and hangs with to much slack and arm misses the belt because of this.

Yup,

Shop that the car is at is gouging. BMW's rails are easy to change out. It probably just needs a slight tug on the frame machine.

I swear by the sensors. More than once I have had a tire go down at 100mph plus speeds where the sensor went off. It was correct.
